The shower drain grate would come out of position just by stepping on it leaving the screws exposed and making shower time a challenge. they said they were going to fix it but the next day the problem was still there. "Stayed here for 1 night on our way up to Cervinia. Close to Malpensa airport, approx 15 min drive, plenty of parking, had a late flight but desk still manned at 23.30. Family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was perfect. Good sleep followed by a lovely breakfast. Several supemarkets nearby (we used Lidl) to stock up before driving up to the mountains. Great price for 4 people inc breakfast. "
