"This was a mother, daughter trip for a concert. Due to lifes hiccups, we arrived around 2am. We were met by an amazing over night clerk. She was warm, inviting, and knew who I was(I called to inform them we would be VERY late for our reservation). She made the check-in process very easy, and explained everything to my obviously exhausted demeanor. She sweetly explained everything the hotel offered and what was near by. Our room was very clean, cozy(temp was set at 72) and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was outstanding! The breakfast was hot, tasty, and fresh. Every staff member I came in contact with were smiling, and spoke. This was the first time I've stayed at a Drury Inn and Suites, but won't be my last. *Even with construction happening in and outside of the hotel building, I was not once woken up by the noises that come with said events. **The overnight clerk(wish I had caught her name) was outstanding! And truly added to this trip."

"I needed to find an affordable and comfortable place to stay after taking my daughter away from the collegiate apartment issues (around safety) which she was facing. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean! When I walked into the room, it smelled as if someone just cleaned it but it was 1130 pm before I was able to get checked in. The vaulted ceilings were a bonus touch along with the mini kitchen. Breakfast was great and I will be back when visiting Charlotte and hopefully it will be for a day of relaxation. "

"Upon checking in at 2;30 am the lady at the front desk was not very friendly. We were tired and ready to get some sleep, and she was a bit gruff. I told her my key card wouldn’t work and she rudely insisted I had held it near my phone, when I said no ma’am I did not she continued to insist that I had. The box they used to configure the keys wasn’t working properly, hence why my key wouldn’t work. She called security to come and let us in our room. Hotel was very clean, but employees need some training on how to be nicer to their guests. They need to realize without hotel guests they wouldn’t have a job! "
