"This is a very clean hotel run by kind and thoughtful people on all levels. Our room was small but very clean and quiet. One drawback is that the room lacked air cooling. All staff that we interacted with made us feel like we were family. They always went out of their way to accommodate us. This is a great location, easy walk to all attractions. The breakfast is very good, high quality, plenty of variety, easy accesd, and well worth. It."

Check in was difficult as the staff wasn’t there (indicated in email they’d be there till 10:00pm but weren’t). Key combo provided was for an empty box and emergency contact number was not working."
