"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs"

"Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. "Pros: Easy check in/out. We stayed 1 night on their apartment unit with enough space for a family of 7. Towels and toiletries were provided. Cons: Big cockroaches everywhere inside the unit. Receptionist gave us wrong WiFi password. It would be nice to have microwave or toaster since only 1 burner works on their gas range. We didn’t get the chance to see the amenities since their apartment units are separated from the main hotel building. "
