"The hotel is in a beautiful location on the seafront and we saw a spectacular sunset. Our room was very clean and felt comfortable and luxurious. We loved being able to sit and look at the sea out of the bay window while we had our morning coffee. The reception staff were lovely. The lady at the desk on Sunday afternoon when we arrived made us feel very welcome and at-home. We love the magnificent old building with its original features. "Swift and easy check-in. The family room had two bedrooms which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Could have done with a rubber bath mat but found out later we could have asked for one. Similarly de-caff tea and coffee I guess.
