"Honestly, I was grumpy finding out there is a security room charge on top of the cost of the room & that the room I booked was only 1 bed (which I still don't know how that happened), but the lady at the desk, Dara, was a superstar. She showed grace & kindness when I probably wasn't very pleasant with her. She even moved her car so I could have a closer parking spot since theres only 4 handicapped parking spots for the hotel. "

"Checking in was super easy. The room was what I wanted. The kitchen was a bit dirty and plates seemed to have a residue. I prefer hand washing to the dishwasher. Both sitting areas has a television. Pull out sofa bed was decently comfortable. Plenty of towels and more for the pool if needed. Good enough fitness room to work up a sweat. Staff very pleasant and courteous. I am liking the Stay Bridge brand across the country so far! Will be looking for more when traveling, thank you Stay Bridge!"
