We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. It would have been helpful to receive an email or text prior to arrival with a local contact number, as we were running late and had no way to contact the property.
