"Complicated long transition from room to breakfast etc multiple lifts with long waiting Room had many poorly fitted and finished items. Bed not comfortable with one budget as mall pillow. Previous guests soap bar in shower dish. Shower very poor flow. Air on not working.could go on… but too many to mention "

"The hotel’s location is ideal as it’s conveniently located very near the train station. The rooms are comfortable & clean, with the bathroom well-designed. Service is very good especially the front desk staff such as Ms Egle who was very helpful in giving us travel & eating recommendations. We will stay here again on our next visit. "

"Stayed 7 days; very walkable. Many cafes and small shops in area surrounding hotel! The floor we were on lost its AC during 80F weather, but took the offer to move to another floor to finish our stay. The staff especially Kaat, Erwan and Mo were very responsive and engaging. The coffee maker in the small lounge is the reason I’ll make another reservation; as no coffee making in rooms. Didn’t have the breakfast as I thought 15 euros was a bit high for a continental breakfast. "

"Hotel is in a convenient location just a 10 minute walk from the old city center. The area is cute, near a lovely church. It is a steep uphill walk however to leave the hotel. So if you have mobility issues, this is not for you. Breakfast was very nice quality, fresh and delicious, including croissants, bacon, fresh nutella muffins, etc. Unfortunately, no coffee or tea facilities in the room! This was a shock! The rooms are also not very dark as a light beams in through the bathroom window and...
