"The hotel itself is beginning to look a little dated compared to othe ibises, but it was clean and tidy and had the usual ibis comfort, however what it lacked in modernness it more than made up for by it’s amazing staff , a special mention has to go the young man who greeted me on my very late arrival was so friendly, polite and welcoming , but all the other staff were equally as nice . They are a credit to the ibis name "

"Great location in Toulouse, especially if you are arriving/leaving from the train station, with good access to the city and sights as well. The hotel provides a comfortable stay, good beds and pillows, clean room on arrival. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that the daily room service was hit and miss and our room was in a noisy spot by the stairs. "Photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading, room I got was very old and tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I asked at reception and was told none available for the room. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the room being nothing like the photos. Just old and run down and lacking facilities. Plus the Wi-Fi did not work for my entire two day stay. I’m assuming some rooms have been renovated but I got given an un renovated room...
