"Our Host and Hostess were delightful. Our surroundings beautiful! Both the interior and exterior memorable! The yard and pool area landscaped beautifully. Breakfast, a selection of fresh fruits, fresh croissants, juice, yogurt, and coffee or tea. The views stunning! peaceful. My mattress dropped a bit from over use. We arrived in early Oct. so most business had shut down from the Fall. One restaurant was open for lunch and the castle wasn’t to open until Nov again. But lots of walking in nature...

"Comfortable place for a visit to Puy fu Fou. The rooms are a little small. Breakfast is very good. Restaurant is very good but also very busy so reservation is advisable. "

"The room was full of little flies hanging around the lights, a few of them already dead. When we pulled down the window curtain, we had the unpleasant surprise of discovering a cemetery of squished flies stuck onto it - see pictures. The bathroom also did not smell very good. Definitely not recommended. "This is a remarkable le little hotel. The room was large and the bed comfortable. It was quiet and restful. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the evening meal I had was arguably the best teak I have ever eaten. I recommend it highly."
