"The best part about the room was the size and there was a bed for my family of 5. Everything else was very disappointing. There was not toilet paper in the bathroom, appliances were broken and worst of all the shower drain was clogged and didn't drain. When we brought this to there attention nothing was done about it until we complained again. Then they gave us keys to second room so we could use the shower.
