"I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. We originally booked it for one night only, but due to changing family circumstances she had to add another night. She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. "Stunning castle and grounds, nicely appointed with very traditional furnishings. Well maintained. Grégoire, his wife and family were gracious hosts - we felt most welcome during our week-long stay. We stayed in the old block and small tower, away from the main tower. Some may find the accommodation a bit spooky, we did, but after the first night we found it added to the adventure. "Apart from the bed collapsing on quite a few occasions, some of the parts of the house been mended by bodgit and scarper and the pool having seen better days. I quite enjoyed our holiday. It’s a lovely peaceful setting in which to enjoy the surrounding area.
