"The apartment itself was pretty good. Excellent bathroom and a large lounge. It would be good to have some furniture on the balcony. The surrounding area is quiet and a fair distance from any shops or restaurants. The staff, when you could get hold of them. "A magical setting and very quiet place. We stopped here on the way from Le Bugue in the Dordogne to Paris. However, it was a bit basic! We were staying in a cottage next to the mill which was 1970s concrete and furnished very basically. I have seen more luxurious student accommodation. The dinner was ambitious but truly awful.
