"The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. "

"Absolutely terrific stay, just loved it. We stayed for one night while driving through France. The hotel looks just like the photos, it is charming and comfortable. I recommend getting the charcuterie board and a bottle of wine and taking it to the garden or side balcony. This was a highlight of the trip. "

"The apartments are in a great location with a Supermarket, ski hire & Hunters bar underneath them. However, the general noise of any reasonable family was ridiculous, scrapping chairs, beds, even just walking across landings was so loud. Sleep was impossible most nights without disruption! Also, beware 'type' booked, type A is a 1 bedroom with sofa bed for other guests & NOT what the pictures on Expedia show, that is a type C, this made a huge difference to comfort as sofa bed uncomfortable &...

"The views are amazing. We loved the balcony and the daily sounds of the horses on the street below. The apartment was adequate, but could use some care. The staff were friendly. We loved playing billiards that were available. Close to hiking. Our only regret is that the pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities were not available because of the time of year we visited. Nevertheless, a great and inexpensive place to stay."

"The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. "This property was very clean, parking was perfect, the staff were very courteous, but the problem was there were very few staff, and it was impossible to find them during the day. The hotel backs onto a river, which was the perfect background noise for sleeping. The amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and other little extras were nonexistent. "I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "
