Pizza at the hotel was ok and filled the void. Free parking on site, breakfast not included but available. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, cereal, coffee, etc."

"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

Firstly, the room was very small and the shower room so tiny you could scarcely turn round. Secondly, the hotel is a fair hike from Villers centre. Buses are few and far between and taxis don't exist in Villers and there isn't much around the hotel. Thirdly, the stairs from the underground car park come up outside the hotel. Got soaked.
