"This brilliant hotel rescued me when I was stranded in Reims when the last TGV out of town was cancelled. The staff were utterly brilliant in looking after me. I wasn’t prepared for an overnight stay and they provided all the toiletries that I needed. And an iPhone charger. "Overnight stop on our way to Burgundy. The location of the hotel is on a business park which as we were there on a Friday night was deserted. The hotel it self was fine but we arrived at 6.30pm and was told that there was no restaurant open at the weekend we were concerned. There is however a retail park with cafe’s and restaurants a 5 minute drive away. This should have been noted on their website."
