"Stayed here before, and enjoyed my stay so came back again. Reception staff are so lovely and willing to help, as well as restaurant staff. Room had strange issue where reading light could not be switched on if main light was off. Also power sockets turned off when main light was switched off. This was a small issue, and did not happen last time. Overall a great stay"

"Dangerous place. Booked for one night, mom and 2 small kids. The place is filled with scary loud people. As you walk down the corridor to your room, the other guests had their doors wide open and laid naked in their beds. The area is filled with druggies and homeless people. Very hot and rooms have no AC. If you open the windows the noise outside is too loud. Inside the hotel people are fighting, shouting all night. I had to put all available furniture against the door during the night. I couldn’t wait until morning to check out and leave. I feared for my safety and my children’s safety that night. Never again. Stay somewhere else. "
