"Sadly having booked and paid for this hotel to end the day motorcycling up the Duoro Valley we had an email from you late the night before confirming that the booking could not be honoured and to ring your reservation services line. Which we did twice hoping for an offer of alternative accommodation. Rather than wait on the line your employee (Jimena) confirmed he would ring us back with alternatives. "Pues la habitación muy bien y el desayuno increíble de variado y bueno... Por ese precio!! Impresionante. Pero lo que más me da gustado es el sistema de trabajar. Llegas, la puerta de entrada está siempre abierta, subes a la primera planta y en la mesa están las llaves con tu nombre, la coges y te vas a la habitación. La habitación genial de limpia y calentita (la almohada un poco gorda, lo único). El desayuno, el mismo sistema. Por la mañana las mesas están preparadas y tienes todo ahí para...

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. Originally we were only going to stay one night but then ended up staying an additional two nights. The property was beautiful and conveniently located. The whole staff treated us like family specially Agnes. She was amazing. She was so helpful and even booked our dinner reservations one night. She’s the reason that we had no hesitation booking additional nights"
