"Really lovely little hotel. The staff were very friendly and the decor was appealing. Only complaint would be lack of toiletries on arrival (especially shampoo). The location is good, within walking distance of many of the main attractions in Pristina, and close to a very nice restaurant that serves traditional dishes. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Pristina! "

"I absolutely loved my stay at this property. Arrived late at night in Pristina, messaged them ahead of time to let them know. When my bus was delayed and I was late at given timing, they reached out to check on my arrival time. Responsive over Whatsapp on other issues like advice on bus and taxis during my stay - even helped me call a taxi in a pinch. 24/7 desk was useful.
