"Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments. "

"The hotel is located some distance away from the main city centre - approx. 10 minute walk up a steep hill (takes a bit of effort) or a short taxi ride away. Worth it to be away from the "vegas-like" lights at night, and to have a spectacular view of the mountains. Definitely recommend getting a room with a mountain view as the sunrise/sunsets from the balcony are amazing.
