"We stayed at Kotra Haveli for 2 nights and the location of the hotel is picture perfect. Walkable to & from Jagdish Mandir and City Palace. The rooms are spacious and quite nice. Also please do check the seal of the house water bottles before opening. The breakfast was okay and the staff were polite with requests. Only major drawback of the hotel is that cara don’t enter the lane where the hotel is situated as old town gets crowded usually. The hotel will cater to Airport drop requests. To sum...

"there is a rooftop restaurant which is very convenient. the room was spacious. however the main problem we had was with the staff. the front of house is great and helped us a lot to secure taxis to our other destination however the room service staff kept entering our room at any time (happened) three times without knocking and waiting for us to open the door. as a group of three girls that made us feel very unsafe and weird. we made sure to lock the door properly after that. other than that...

Few Restaurants, convenience store and ATM around the corner and between 20 minutes walk to Lake Pichola and the City Palace.
