"Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Banja Luka or surrounding area. Rooms are really clean and nicely done. "There is a sign painted on the glass near the front door that says "Reception", however, once you lug your luggage up some stairs, you enter the bar/restaurant area and are instructed that the entrance to the hotel is around the back. Not very welcoming. Second issue is that the entire back of the hotel in under construction. Extremely noisy with constant drilling and banging. At 4:00 pm, we asked the receptionist at what time the work would stop for the day, and she looked at her watch and...

Not many options for gluten-free meals, but they were able to accommodate our gluten-free requests so we appreciated that. We were most disappointed that we got charged for ordering 3 glasses of fresh orange juice during breakfast. We were not informed those orders would be charged until we attempted checkout. "Good 1 night stay. Very small rooms but modern design. Bathroom is tiny and no shower door so water gets everywhere. Excellent buffet breakfast in morning and free parking on-site. Hotel was very loud until late with construction and remodel. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Room is very small but comfortable and ac works great. 1 small window but no views."
