"What a wonderful and interesting place to stay! I almost couldn’t leave and explore as there’s so much to see within the premises. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. "Overall the hotel was very nice with great customer service. However, the hotel is geared to families even tonan extent of it being a negative. Kids were sitting at the the hotel bar, all night and the kids play area was open early in the morning and late at night making sleeping comfortably nearly impossible. The bed was not great and pillows terrible. Secondly, the hotel didn't take any additional precautions to limit covid conditions, people were coughing with no masks ok the restaurant area...
