The total price per room per night is EUR 82. We were NOT told that Hotels.com wrongly quoted total amount EUR 82. We did not ask for a double room. He did not tell us that he was giving a double room and nightly rate is EUR 99. It was a shock when checked out and he complained that Hotels.com makes such mistakes. I request return of...

"Absolutely disgraceful!!! No one there after 7pm to check us in. Then they lied to hotels.com saying staff were there until 3am. The hotel opposite said the place is for the poorly and elderly and were not sure why they are on hotels.com !!??"

"The hotel were great at communication until they went home, arriving after reception hours we couldnt get hold of the out of hours caretaker, called hotels.com to help and eventually had to ask the restaurant to help find him. Once we found him he was great and was a big help. Room was spacious and they had made up the sofa bed for us in advance. The aircon was in the living room and not the large bedroom where it was needed. Good size balcony and kitchen had great facilties. TV didnt work much...

"Great place to stay, 5 min walk to Dax center.Good tapas ( French style ) and platter of charcuterie in the bar area if you just want something light to eat. The outside of the hotel could do with a lick of paint but I recommend it."

"Jättemysigt ställe ute på landsbygden. Paret som sköter det var så trevliga och maten riktigt god, allt lokalt. Barnvänligt, tyst och lugnt. Rummen helt ok. Välstädade och sköna sängar. Det enda negativa var att det var lite eftersatt och luktade "gammalt/fuktigt" på vissa gemensamma ytor. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att åka dit igen! "
