They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in. "

I did ask to borrow a kettle which I the staff gave me. My 1st of 2 complaints is that in the room the plug sockets were not easy to use. In front of one was a dressing table and the one as I entered the room, near the door was about 8” off the floor. I wasn’t on a business trip but I needed to charge my phone, tablet...
