"Unfortunately, the Google Map locator attached to this booking sent us on a wild goose chase down dark roads nowhere near this hotel. It gets dark by 6:30 in the mountains and despite our many calls to the hotel for assistance, all we heard was a pre-recorded message. To compound the difficulties, we had to pay at least 3 more tolls going around in a 25-30 km circle to get back near the hotel location. There are no signs on the narrow road indicating a hotel exit and the hotel web site says...

"We recently spent 6 days at the Jade Spa Hotel. This hotel and spa is a wonderful gem. This is a quiet location with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The rooms are large and decorated very nicely. The bed was so comfortable. Paula the owner and her staff provided a personal service that is professional, helpful and amazing. Tan bien por dos veces no me dejaron suficientes toallas. Dentro del shower debería haber un tapete plástico pues se corre el riesgo de resbalas.
