"Victor the night security guard and the cleaning ladies were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I hope they have an employee of the month and that victor gets it! That being said I do think that the property could do with a fresh coat of paint to make it “pop” a bit more. TV’s should be bigger and have more channels available in English. The shower heads need to be changed. That being said I would stay again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Villa de Soledad. It’s located in a beautiful setting and right near the trailheads of the Pico Bonito National Park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! "

"I did not have hot water. they did not provide the morning breakfast they advertised.I had no internet in my room. I stayed 2 nights and no one came to change the bedding or the towels and give bathroom amenities."

"I arrived on a Thursday, Thanksgiving Day and the beach, although an over cast day, the beach was just wonderful. La Ceiba is not exactly a clean city and beaches are certainly dirty and the sand is the color is pukey brown/grey yet, the view of the Caribbean Sea erased those minor imperfections. The staff of HPB is nice and willing to please. They are not aggressive but genuinely want to assist. Lots of please/thank yous. Coming from Tegus where everyone is sort of rude, this was a nice...
