"I was very happy with this hotel. It is located directly on the waterfront, a short 10min walk away from Intramuros, and a 15min walk from the TGV train station. My room (fourth floor, street side) was small but cozy, with a comfortable bed and a very good shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English for the times when my (very limited) French gave out. Breakfast was excellent. "I had a lovely time at the Hotel Le Beaufort from the minute I arrived until I checked out. The reception staff was warm and welcoming, as were the restaurant staff. I decided to change my room choice at the last minute, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. My room was a bay window first-floor room with a tub. "B&B hotel is near a busy road. However, once the door is closed, we could not hear the noise from the cars. The hotel is in front of a shopping centre, which is very convenient for buying breakfast on the go (as we did). There is no restaurant nearby but, by car, St Malo city centre is only few minutes away"
