We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. The reception eventually agreed to the second room and the guests had to pay rather than using the card the hotel was reserved with. The Hotel was fine but the check-in admin was disappointing."
