We booked Presidential Suite for three nights, which is supposed to be the premium room, however had to check out after the first day due to the conditions of the room and the hotel. The towels were smelly and we had to ask them to be replaced. The mattress sheets and pillow covers all had stains. Bath tub was stained in yellow color. We ordered dinner, which was below average, and the breakfast was worse. The little amount of butter they brought tasted...

"Great and helpful staff! The grounds were kept clean and nice! Lots of trees and plants around the property. The rooms were a bit outdated, they offered daily cleaning upon request. The rooms were a little hot and the AC were not fully functional. We paid extra during booking for the breakfast after reading reviews about the spread. But not very many options and repeated breakfast everyday. So we skipped after the first day. Overall nice and friendly staff, safe area and close to everything...

"Great customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). Other big downside is the main pool area, while nice, is completely shaded by the surrounding trees, so it’s not a pool to lounge in the sun. No...

"This was a beautiful property. The view was truly incredible, and the rooms were gorgeous. Hand painted accent wall, ac, flatscreen with streaming services (don't forget to log out of your account when you leave), and a separate shower and toilet. 10/10 reccomend!"
