The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them"

We had to drive ourselves to to the safari pick up point and had to wait almost an hour to get a bus .
