"The place and what was shared on the listing with pics was very different. Restaurant and play area is name sake.. Breakfast came at about quarter to 9. I checked out the very next day and forego two nights. "

Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in. The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. The bloke who advised us against masks did give us his cell number to call, except that it was in the back pocket...

"Overall stay was good. Food was excellent. Service was average. Reception staff was not not customer friendly. Verbal instruction were given. The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels."

"What you on pictures is not what you see in reality. Bad upkeep, poor room condition. Smelly rooms. Broken fixtures. No Tv etc. ect."

"The rooms were not clean. The bathroom was stinking. We asked multiple times to clean bathroom before reception sent someone to clean it. The bedsheets were not sanitized and the overall condition of the room wasn't great. I will not recommend them to anyone."
