"Dated and not so nice "

"There is a blockage in the AC, before midnight water was poured down and wet the floor. I called reception and reported. Room key doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Has to go back downstairs again and get the key to go in. They moved us to the room with leaking tap. Water going down the wash basin every time we use. "The entire staff from top to bottom was super. Everyone was on the same page with high respect and helpfulness to the patrons. The Manager was unbelievably helpful. He went out of his way to please. The swimming pool is very well maintained every day. They really have their act together. The breakfast buffet is over-the-top in quality, with ever so many choices of delicious food. "

The room itself was all right, but the air conditioner did not work very well. They provided a breakfast which someone prepared and brought to the room, but it wasn't very good."
