" VE: The reception staff were exceptionally helpful & welcoming. It was great to have 2 pillows provided per person, instead of having to ask for them. Toiletries, water & coffee, sugar were welcomed, but no creamer/"milk". "Like new hotel opposite bus station and less than ten minutes walk to old town and train station. Breakfast limited. Building work going on next door which was noisy. Staff helpful. After looking at other hotels here this one was probably one of the better hotels. "
