"This much is as expected of a budget inn, they didn't allow early check-in, at all. If you want to check in early, you have to pay extra. There was a distinct smell as soon as you enter the room and the beddings have stains on them. You can stay here if you just want a room to coup for the night, but if you expect a clean room and great service, I recommend you to look elsewhere."

"I wanted to complain about the hotel I booked could not enter and that night I had to find another hotel for me to spend the night. the door to go up to the hotel lobby did not open even though I repeatedly knocked on the door and pressed the bell button but no one opened the door! the payment has been deducted from my account but I am unable to stay at the hotel I booked. the hotel phone number is not the number for the hotel!
