"The staff were friendly and service was prompt. The setbacks were the rate charged which did not correspond to the facilities. I booked a family room and it was not what I expected. Cramped, toilet was dirty, no toiletries provided except for a miserable small bottle of shampoo and body wash. No laundry bags, carpet was slightly damp and smelled musty. "First room that was given to me had no tv, no hair dryer and no safe box, plus the room was small. After 2 hours of waiting, I was transferred to another room which was bigger and had all the missing amenities. External noise is easily heard within the room especially if you have a noisy neighbour, like I did. The room rate was expensive considered the room. You can find better deals elsewhere."
