"Lovely atmosphere of staying out in the country and the rooms above the stables. Everything was clean with the exception of having flies in the room. One of the cats jumped on the table where the breakfast buffet was set up. The children were allowed to run in the hallway and be loud after 10pm. Seemed odd to me when guests are trying to sleep"

"There are no billboard signs or even a sign that direct you to the hotel. You would be lost completely even if you reached near the hotel & yet you would not find it unless you walk down or drive down a path which has no signs posted for hotel. Even other guests had the same problem trying to find the hotel. The front desk staff called Petra is a really rude woman. I don't think they employ people with any professional training to serve guests in hospitality industry. They probably employ people...

"This hotel is in an amazing place, in the middle of the Krivoklat reserve. We stayed in the suite, which spacy and has an enormous terrace. Hotel is a bit run-down and in need of renovation, but overall we liked the stay."
