"On the whole it wasn't a pleasant stay. The phones weren't working and it was a pain reaching the reception and room service. The beds were creaking and making a lot of noise. Pulled down the sheets and slept on the floor whole night. Horrible. Least expected from a hotel of this class. The water pressure was not sufficient too. Couldn't reach the manager too for he was busy in meetings... Only solace was the breakfast spread , which was good. "

"Rooms are well appointed but not kept clean. Maintenance is lacking. Found a cockroach running all around the room. Spa is in real bad maintenance and very very unclean. To be avoided completely. Unfortunately there are not many choices of good hotels in Hosur so this might still be the best bet."

"Food is average I ordered in room service, naan was good, but the paneer items that I ordered on the side was not good, power went off in the room so thay moved to a new room without fridge and missing bath glass door, morning breakfast has a very limited spread, and it takes them a very long time to refil, items that finish, I had to wait quite a bit for the items, and some never were refilled even after repeated reminders"

"Very bad behaviour from all staffs. Especially persons sitting at reception don't know how to treat their customers. Treating as though we staying at free of cost. Very worst altitude. Felt really upset in selecting this hotel. Will not recommend anyone to choose this. Even though rooms are good, Dhanunjaya will lose their business only due to their reception staffs :("
