Rattling noises what's coming out of the walls we have to complain to change the room although the receptionist do know about this issue as she's aware why she didn't offer us another room to start with so we had to pack all our stuff again and move to a different room it actually ruined our night as we was only stopping to sleep and as everyone know you have...

"Hotel Hugo is a nice, clean, quiet, interesting hotel. While the rooms are very modern, the exterior is very old because it was formerly a hospital, and renovations are ongoing in some parts. The grounds are lovely, and the restaurant is both convenient and inexpensive. I'd definitely stay here again."
