"This was a last minute reservation and we checked in well past the reception hours. The staff was very helpful in getting us in the room and were available to call 24/7 for help. The room was clean and the hotel is in the perfect location for walking the Belgrade city center. One star off for the blow dryer that was not functional (and we felt bad calling the staff after reception hours) and the heating was confusing. "The staff were very friendly, the room was warm and clean, as well as just enough room for me to live out of for 3 nights. The breakfast was nothing amazing but was enough for me each morning to have a few pastries, coffee and oranage juice to get me going (there were cooked items too which were nice when I had them). I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade."

"A Lovely hotel right in the heart of the city. The location is perfect as it’s close to all the main sights and near lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is stylish and elegant with comfortable rooms, a nice bar area and a good restaurant. The breakfast buffet is nice, and the hotel also offers complimentary snacks around lunchtime (which I didn’t manage to try). "The property is in the middle of the restaurant and cafe area of Belgrade although the late night revellers can go on into the night/morning so may not suit light sleepers. Staff extremely helpful and parking (at a cost) is close by if you want to explore Serbia and surrounding countries."

"Location is best thing here. Friendly staff went out of their way help getting us to and from airport. Sort of strange that there is a kettle and cups in room but not coffee or tea. Guess you have to bring your own. You can buy a cup from them for €1.50. "
