"Falsely advertise air conditioning. The av is centrally controlled and set to at minimum 30c. It moves the air around the room but doesn’t cool at all. Rooms are tiny. Can’t open a suitcase. "

"The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30)."

"Auf einer Reise von Bulgarien nach Deutschland hatten wir aufgrund des ausgebuchten IBIS Hotels diese Unterkunft gewählt. Ein schönes, einfaches Hotel. Sehr verärgert hat uns, dass wir am Morgen der Abreise erfahren mussten, dass der Parkplatz 10 Euro kostet. Nicht wegen der Gebühr, diese zahlt man woanders auch z. B. für eine Tiefgarage, aber bei der Ankunft einem den Parkplatz zu geben mit einem Zettel für das Auto ohne die Kosten zu erwähnen, ist für mich Abzocke. So etwas macht man...

"Did the job right in the centre of Gyõr. Room fairly plain and basic, but everything worked. Breakfast acceptable. Love the build and the history. "
