"Although arrived late afternoon, the room was not ready. No offer of coffee, juice or wine during the wait. Although advertised as having wifi in room, there wasn't. Charged extra for aircon. Shower plughole blocked. Crockery in room dirty - no washing up liquid to remedy that. Bin for toilet paper not emptied. Pool was fine, if too shallow for a longer swim. AVOID"
