"So far i had a great experience staying at this hotel. The foods are fine, service from the fo and fb staff are very nice, and i love the concept of this hotel. But there are things you can improve for having excellent service: 1. You must standardize the great service to all the waiter at least they all have the same hospitality and knowledge. 2. I ordered lunch at the restaurant, but.... it took so long 30-40min, seriously i wasn't so sure why. 3. If you provide smoking room, it would be great...

"The hotel is a nice hotel. But the description that it offers "airport transportation" is false. And the location of the hotel is not good for going about Yogyakarta, as the sidewalks are blocked by vendors and the streets are impassable due to everyone driving motorcycles in Indonesia."

"The hotel was central and clean. The pool area was nice although we did not get to enjoy it much since we were busy during the day and the pool shut down at 6pm. It would have been nice if the pool stayed open later so we could use it in the evening."
