It takes approximately 10 minutes to and from the bahnhof in Spiez. The selection of music channels on the tv is great."

About a three minute walk from the Victoriaplatz tram stop but it’s only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bern if you’re feeling energetic. Get the tram back though as it’s uphill !! "I had a problem with self check-in process because I was a half hour arriving due to my missed train connection from zurich to grenchen and I did not have correction reservation number. So I pressed the speaker button and someone responded and due to the language barrier i eventually resolved the problem"

"The location was good. There was a bus stop near by. We were given free bus tickets and discount on entries to areas in the city. The only problem was the lack of air-conditioning. However we were given two fans. The breakfast was good. The other problem was that the hotel desk closes at 9 pm. You need to tell them in advance if you're arriving late."
