"Nice hotel and room. However, the walls must be pretty thin as our neighbours were very loud in the next room, laughing and talking until 3am. It was so loud, so we didnt sleep well. However, the night manager was excellent and spoke to the guests who were quiet after that."

The staff downstairs were absolutely incredible; special mention to Liam for arranging the football match screening 😊 My only wish for the next visit; is for the room heating to be fixed quicker, our room was really cold and we had to call and even come down in person several times to finally get someone upstairs. I also wished someone had responded to my message on the app. Nonetheless, my family and I had a great time and we will be definitely revisiting...

"All of the staff were really friendly and welcoming, the reception area and rooms were well presented and clean. We also had a drink at the bar in the evening which was an unexpected bonus as we hadn’t realised there was one when we booked."

"The hosts and staff at this hotel were always helpful and welcoming. At the time of our stay they were putting in new radiators but ensured that we had an electric heater in our room to keep it warm. Room was comfortable and modern. The food in the restaurant was amazing and would highly recommend eating there. Good choice of food for breakfast and hot breakfast was cooked to order. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Excellent value for money. "
