"1. Unsere Expedia.de - Buchung war an der Rezeption nicht bekannt. Wir bekamen aber trotzdem 2 Doppelzimmer. 2. Man sagt uns "Wir haben mit dieser Plattform keinerlei Geschäftsverbindungen, und das dies eine schlechte Plattform sei. 3. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht - ein Bettlaken war gewaschen aber nicht sauber. 4. Aus der Hotel Bar wurden wir um 22 Uhr mit den Worten "Mein Bus fährt jetzt und ich muss nachhause" hinausgeworfen. 5. Wir mussten für die Zimmer im Voraus bezahlen. Habe ich...

"We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay "

"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."
