"Stayed here a few times. It's an affordable, dog-friendly hotel in a fairly quiet area. Bed was comfy, room was clean. Staff are helpful, and the lift was working this time. The only minor annoyances about the room were that it was a tiny bit cold even with the lukewarm radiator fully on; and one of the old spotlight bulbs wasn't working so it was a bit dark (seems like a no-brainer to put LEDs in, unless people nick them or something). "I had a comfortable couple of nights here. The room was fine and had everything I needed. Breakfast was OK. The best thing for me was the position of the hotel: about ten minutes' easy walk from the station and - better still! - just a few yards from Leicester's wonderful Curve Theatre. The price of my stay was minimal and I would certainly stay here again when attending something at the theatre."
