"Our trip to this hotel was overall a pleasant experience, however a couple of items regarding this hotel need to be addressed. 1. The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. "Beautiful room in a beautiful property in a really beautiful location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Only slight issues was some damp/mould in the bathroom, but it was an old building on the coast. "

"We were off-season visitors on a drizzly weekend. This did not stop the people at Kerenza from being thoroughly pleasant and helpful. The hotel interior and our (spacious) room appear to be quite new - it is a nice ambiance. There is a sizable parking lot which is important as parking is tight throughout Bude and a car is the only practical way of getting there."
