"First of all, Hotels advertised rates locally were cheaper than what Expedia charged me. Even if I booked two rooms, the property were not aware of it. They had only one room prepared. This is despite I called them twice on the day before I checked in. The rooms were very smelly, bathroom were disgusting. The WiFi was not working as per the person who checked in, but next day they told it was working. TV channels were not working. Duvets were smelling and not clean. They had kettle for heating...

"Great for foreigners! I stayed in one of the cottages and it was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. But the real highlight is the staff! They were available, attentive, and helpful. Kudos to them all! "

"For three persons we had asked for three bottles of water instead of two supplied - just for some 15 Rs worth water, manager was showing me rules We had informed him earlier they we will not be having breakfast as we had to leave early. We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting "
