The room was big and clean. Laundry was done on site for a good price. And there’s plenty of parking on the property. For me this is the best value. "

If you don't require: comfort, hot water, shampoo, shower gel, cleanliness, proper towels, a toilet that is dry after a (cold) shower, polite host, other guest, a normal bed and pillow then this might just suit you. The only positive it has is that the nearby 'Food and drink' restaurant is fairly good. Do your self a favour and avoid...

"Really great budget hotel! No frills, but safe, clean, quiet, comfortable room with efficient AC. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic in terms of when you arrive and depart from Sukhothai via bus - it’s right next to the bus station! About 15 min ride to Historical Park / Old Sukhothai, so keep this in mind in terms of transport costs. Couple good cheap food stalls right nearby, same with snacks/drinks/sundries. Not much going on in the immediate area, so perfect if you...

There was a kettle for heating water for the coffee and water that was provided. The door locks have modern keycards. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Located about a mile from the main historical site. Walkable or rent a tuk tuk or scooter. The hotel owner was very helpful in arrangements for our scooter rental and for our transportation to the bus...
